He discusses embracing challenges later in life by adopting a growth mindset and taking baby steps, using the example of taking up surfing.

Described as a “pocket pamphlet,” Kawasaki synthesizes his insights from working with Apple, Wikipedia, Canva, Google, and Mercedes-Benz, along with influencers such as Carol Dweck, Stacey Abrams, and Steve Wozniak.
